Program

LARISSA – PARGA – LEFKADA 30/5/2026

We’ll depart at 7:30 a.m. from our city for the northwestern coast of Epirus. After the necessary stops, we’ll visit the picturesque town of Parga to enjoy our coffee at the famous little harbor of this charming town. Free time for coffee and lunch. We will then head to Lefkada with its picturesque villages, lush vegetation, and stunning coves with crystal-clear turquoise waters. Check-in at our hotel and a first glimpse of the beautiful town. The island you always return to! It is the fourth-largest island in the Ionian Sea and is located very close to the Prefecture of Aetolia-Acarnania, with which it is believed to have been connected in antiquity. Today, it is separated from mainland Greece by the Drepano Strait and constitutes a prefecture of the same name, with the city of Lefkada as its capital. It is the only island with road access and for this reason is called the “mainland island.”

Check-in and overnight stay.

Nydri (Optional Cruise) – Panagia Faneromeni – Lefkada 31/5/2026

A hearty breakfast, followed by an optional trip to cosmopolitan Nydri, the island’s most popular tourist destination and known for its location directly across from Scorpios. Option for an optional cruise to Fiskardo in Kefalonia, the mythical homeland of Odysseus, Ithaca, and to the Princes’ Islands, Meganisi—home to the cave of the legendary submarine “Papanikolis”—and Onassis’s Scorpios, which has since changed ownership. We’ll return in the evening to visit the Monastery of Panagia Faneromeni. She is the island’s patron saint, celebrated with great pomp on the day of the Holy Spirit. We chose to visit on the eve of the grand feast, during the festive vespers service. The church was built in the 19th century and features influences from Zakynthian architecture. The view from the monastery is breathtaking.

Return to Lefkada. Overnight stay.

LEFKADA – AGIOS NIKITAS – ARTA – LARISSA 01/06/2026

After a hearty breakfast, we set off for Agios Nikitas. Just 15 minutes from the town of Lefkada is all it takes to discover one of the island’s most charming villages. This is Agios Nikitas, a seaside village located northwest of Lefkada, between Pefkoulia and Kathisma, masterfully blending simplicity with cosmopolitanism. Here, you feel as though you’ve been transported back in time. Beautiful stone-built houses spread out amphitheatrically throughout the village, winding cobblestone alleys, courtyards laden with bougainvillea, geraniums, and basil, and a tiny, dreamlike cove with crystal-clear waters waiting to enchant you. Free time for coffee. We then depart for Arta, where we’ll have free time for lunch. Return to our city in the evening.
